An Evening of Romance at the Table 

On Saturday, 14 February 2026, a one-night-only dinner in conjunction with Valentine's day will take place at Jimbaran Puri, with each stage of the menu reflecting a different moment of a love story. Set at Nelayan Restaurant by the sea, the evening opens with an Amuse Bouche capturing the first spark of attraction, where garlic shrimp and delicate ravioli meet coconut-infused flavours. 

The menu opens with Tuna Two Ways, pairing subtle smokiness with fresh, citrus notes. A main course of Bali grass-fed beef tenderloin follows, served with seasonal vegetables prepared simply and with care. The dinner will conclude with a chocolate and raspberry dessert bringing the evening to a rich, indulgent close. 

Each table is individually styled with soft red accents, candlelight, and scattered petals, adding a gentle sense of romance while still allowing the natural setting to take centre stage. A live classical duo accompanies the evening, their music drifting alongside the sound of the sea. 

A Seaside Gathering Shaped by Tradition 

Jimbaran Puri will mark Chinese New Year's Eve with a one-night-only dinner on Monday, 16 February, centred on themes of renewal, prosperity, and reunion. Hosted at Nelayan Restaurant, the evening is shaped around shared dishes and symbolic ingredients, inviting guests to gather in a warm, unhurried setting by the sea. 

The first course brings a Peking duck rice paper roll, followed by a shrimp dumpling soup traditionally associated with longevity, happiness, and good fortune. Charcoal-grilled seafood and barbecue selections follow, served family-style in keeping with the communal spirit of the celebration. 

The evening draws to a close with a dessert inspired by symbols of fertility, unity, and good fortune. Oriental-inspired décor and the gentle accompaniment of a live classical duo create an atmosphere that feels relaxed, intimate, and quietly festive throughout the night. 

Set at Nelayan Restaurant, these February dining experiences capture Jimbaran Puri's spirit of relaxed, meaningful gatherings by the sea. Both evenings begin at 6.30pm and are open to in-house and external guests.
